"Felt stuck dealing with the return"
Trying to return my order from inez.com was such a hassle. The process was confusing, the exchange dragged on forever, and the support replies didn’t really clear anything up. I kind of felt trapped with something I didn’t want and no easy way to fix it. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Looks good, but I had to work too hard for the details"
The site has a clean look, and I do like the classy style of the shoes. But some of the pages felt kind of plain, and I got a little annoyed having to keep digging around for better photos. I wish there were more angles shown right away instead of making me waste energy trying to figure out what the shoes actually look like. Overall, it’s nice, but it didn’t really get me that excited.

"Comfy at first, but the support issue is confusing"
These shoes felt nice for the first few hours, so I was hopeful. But by the end of the day my feet were starting to get sore, which was disappointing. They’re not terrible or anything, I just expected a bit more comfort. Also, it’s kind of annoying that it’s not clear who’s actually responsible for the fit/support issue, the brand, the seller, or whoever handles the product listing. Makes it harder to know who to follow up with.

"Shipping took forever and I had to chase them"
I ordered from inez.com and felt like I was the one stuck dealing with the mess. The tracking barely updated, and my package showed up way later than they originally said it would. I even had to email them just to get a basic answer, which was frustrating because I felt like nobody was really keeping me in the loop. The shoes themselves were fine, but the delivery experience made the whole thing way more annoying than it needed to be.

"I was a little disappointed when these arrived..."
I was a little disappointed when these arrived. They looked much nicer in the pictures, but in person the quality feels kind of "cheap" and not what I expected

"Sizing was way off for my feet"
I really wanted these to work, but the fit was just strange on me. I ordered my normal size, so maybe my feet are partly to blame here, but they were tight in the toes and somehow loose around the heel at the same time, which made no sense.

I tried wearing them around the house hoping they’d break in a little, but they just got more uncomfortable. For the price, I expected a better fit, and I ended up having to return them, which was frustrating.

"I really wanted to like it, but..."
I really wanted to like it, but the heel support just isn’t great. Sometimes it feels okay, and other times it’s like it works when it wants to. Overall, it didn’t give me the support I was hoping for

"Helpful in the end, but replies were slow"
Customer service was decent overall, but the response time definitely could’ve been better. I reached out with a question about my order and didn’t hear back for a couple of days, which was a little frustrating when I was just trying to get a quick update.
That said, the person who eventually replied was polite and did sort everything out, so I can’t complain too much. I just wish they were faster to respond and a bit clearer with updates along the way.
